Kelly has at least one in Football, wrestling , basketball, golf, tennis, cross country and Baseball.


PV may have won one is Wrestling I cant remember and I think they have a few in Golf.

Biggin, just remind our friend of the feather that PV is the only school in the LPD to have won a state title in baseball, basketball, and football. He and I have had this run around before, the tennis accomplishments are great, however, it is much easier to win a state title in tennis than probably any other sport. Most single A schools do not even have tennis courts at their school, and if by some miracle you get a tennis equivalent to Thomas Jones or Carol Dale they go pro, they do not even play tennis at the high school level.

The only thing he'll get out of me is that Kelly Baseball has been more dominant over time than PV Football. Of course when you have schools like Pound who have been lucky to even field a team over the past 5 years it really isn't that hard to do. While on baseball, it can not get here soon enough (at the high school level). This should be the best baseball team PV has fieleded since 05, and this team should have more pitching depth than that team. I would argue in a 3 game series that the 10 version would beat the 05 version.

I've now gotten gotten completley off topic and will shutup.

...and PV ranks second in the LPD with 16 state titles. There's nothng wrong with that.

So MJ, Kelly cant have titles in boys basketball, football, and baseball.
I know KY has one in football (1981?), and 9? in baseball, but none in boys basketball

Well I am pretty positive he meant boys ball, we were talking about boys' sports.

Is there any list of all state titles?
the VHSL site sucks ass, most sports wont load the title list.

I apologize for not clarifying, I thought most people could grasp that we were speaking of male sports in that post. Since we are being proper it is That's not Thats. Furthermore, there is really no reason to put a s on the end of "that" in that scenario. Now that we have all acted like jerks can we get back to something reasonable?

I'm in a bad mood today so I'll pound on JJK. They are the only school I have ever seen get t-shirts printed for making the playoffs. I can only imagine what will come about after this season if they end up going 7-3, 8-2, 9-1, or 10-0.

I dread it.

But they still have to play Clintwood, JIB, and PV.
They could easily lose all three.

If they manage to beat PV or JIB, we will NEVER hear the end of it lol.
They wont beat Clintwood, I know that.
But they could upset us or JIB, if we/they aren't prepared and just look past them.
